What we ask for

This site has three forms. The Request Information form asks for a parent or guardian name, email, phone number, the grade you are asking about, whether you would like to visit, and an optional message. The Contact form asks for your name, email, an optional phone number, a reason and your message. The Enrollment Application asks for student and family details, academic background, an optional health and support section, and permissions.

What it is used for

Details submitted through these forms are used to answer your enquiry and to process an application to Judah Christian Academy. We do not sell your information.

How the forms are sent

The Contact and Request Information forms send your details by email to the school office. The website itself does not keep a copy of what you write. To prevent abuse, it briefly keeps a counter of how many messages a connection has sent. The counter stores a coded value instead of your internet address, and it is deleted automatically within an hour.

The Enrollment Application on this site is a preview. It cannot be submitted online yet, and nothing you type into it is sent or stored.

The health and support step

Every question in the health and support step of the Enrollment Application is optional. It exists so the academy can prepare the right support for a student and keep them safe during the school day. You can leave it blank and complete the application, or discuss it in person instead.

Children’s information

Information about a student is provided by a parent or guardian through these forms. If you would like us to correct or remove information you have sent, contact the school office.

This site

This website does not use advertising trackers. The Contact page embeds a Google map so you can find the campus; loading that map involves Google.
